Responsibilities
- Support service and business area leadership in implementing strategic plans through effective team management
- Assist partners in delivering services at client locations on delegated engagements
- Manage large and complex audit engagements and sustain profitability
- Oversee and maintain oversight of deliverables produced by teams on client engagements
- Communicate Audit Engagement Agreement details to teams and monitor adherence
- Share expertise and knowledge with team members and counselees
- Manage engagement budgets through cost control and profitability management
- Contribute to winning regional business opportunities, industry manager initiatives, and cross-service line selling
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working in an Audit Manager role focusing on banking and/or insurance clients
- Experience in a client-facing management role
