Bosch seeks a professional for the BGSW_2026_SAP_ARIBA role based in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site position focuses on configuring and maintaining SAP Ariba systems to support procurement and sourcing operations.
The chosen candidate will handle Procure-to-Pay processes, manage invoice exceptions, and configure Guided Buying features such as landing pages, intake forms, and catalogues. Additional duties involve administering supplier enablement, working with Ariba APIs, and supporting the Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite including RFx events and sourcing projects.
This opportunity is suitable for individuals with solid technical background in SAP Ariba modules who can collaborate with business units to capture functional needs, execute system testing, resolve errors, and create documentation.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing processes covering requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoicing
- Maintain and set up approval workflows for purchase requisitions, invoices, and sourcing activities
- Handle custom commodity mapping and manage invoice exception processing
- Deploy and maintain Guided Buying features including buying channels, landing pages, intake forms, and catalogues
- Administer supplier enablement and catalogue management for CIF and Punchout
- Support the Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite encompassing sourcing projects, supplier collaboration, and RFx events
- Utilize knowledge of Ariba APIs
- Collaborate with internal business teams to collect requirements and convert them into functional configurations
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production support
- Draft functional documentation, training manuals, and support materials for users
Requirements
- Extensive background in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing
- Practical configuration experience with Guided Buying
- Familiarity with the Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite covering Sourcing Projects, Auctions, and RFx
- Understanding of procurement workflows and Ariba approval procedures
- Background in supplier enablement and catalogue administration
