- Analyze incidents and deliver solutions for problem resolution, including debugging when necessary
- Assist specialist and business departments with process-related questions and process chain issues
- Provide shift-based support and manage third-party vendors for critical incidents within SLA response times
- Handle inbound and outbound JIT call-off control, covering status and action flows
- Manage EDI scenarios following VDA standards
Requirements
