Bosch is currently hiring a BGSW_2026_Sr.SAP_EWM-MFS_Consultant for a full-time position located in Bengaluru. This role focuses on leading end-to-end implementations of SAP Extended Warehouse Management alongside Material Flow System integration. The professional taking on this position will design high-availability MFS architectures, configure warehouse structures, and establish communication channels with automated equipment such as conveyors and storage and retrieval systems.
This opportunity suits an experienced SAP consultant who possesses extensive background in warehouse automation and client-facing workshop facilitation. Qualified practitioners will be responsible for creating solution documentation, managing automated material flow components, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of EWM with Material Flow System integration
- Design and configure warehouse structures, activity areas, and storage controls including POSC and LOSC
- Configure Handling Unit management, wave management, and labor management
- Support MFS components such as communication channels, telegram configuration, queue management, and routing logic
- Design high-availability and performance-optimized MFS architectures
- Integrate MFS with automated storage and retrieval systems, conveyor and sortation systems, and robotics
- Produce solution documentation containing functional specifications and test scripts
Requirements
- Have eight or more years of SAP experience with at least five years focused specifically on EWM
- Complete two to three full lifecycle EWM MFS integrations
- Demonstrate strong configuration expertise in core EWM processes, storage control, handling unit management, and queue management
- Utilize the radio frequency framework effectively
- Possess strong client-facing and workshop facilitation abilities
- Be open to travel
Qualifications
- Gain experience in highly automated distribution centers like high-bay warehouses, pharmaceutical, chemical, retail, or automotive environments
- Apply knowledge of ABAP debugging for MFS troubleshooting
- Bring exposure to SAP Event Management or real-time tracking integrations
- Hold an SAP EWM certification
- Understand non-SAP WCS and WMS integrations
- Speak the German language as an added advantage
