Bosch is seeking an EPG Project Management Tools Expert to join its team in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site position. This role focuses on project management process methods and tools, requiring the professional to collect, evaluate, rank, and handle business needs and change requests across their lifecycle. The successful candidate will run Change Control Board gatherings, guide engineering reviews, coordinate user acceptance testing, and manage release approvals. Additional duties involve steering organizational changes, fostering tool adoption, creating training documentation, and resolving functional user inquiries while working alongside cross-functional departments.
This position is suited for individuals with a background in engineering and a history of working within business process management, business analysis, enterprise application adoption, or portfolio management. Professionals will interact with global teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, lead tool deployments, and facilitate workshops or user enablement initiatives. Applicants should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, facilitating governance frameworks, and driving decisions across various business units.
Responsibilities
- Gather, prioritize, and manage business requirements and change requests throughout their lifecycle
- Run Change Control Board meetings and participate in governance activities
- Lead engineering reviews, user acceptance testing planning, execution, and release acceptance
- Drive organizational change management and encourage successful tool adoption
- Create and distribute user communications, training content, FAQs, and guides
- Execute training sessions and knowledge transfer events for business users
- Deliver process and tool support while resolving functional user questions
- Partner with cross-functional groups to connect business goals with technical outputs
Requirements
- Possess four to ten years of total professional background in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Project or Portfolio Management, or Enterprise Application Adoption
- Accumulate at least four years of practice in requirements management, user acceptance testing coordination, stakeholder communication, and change management
- Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with Business Analytics, Requirements Engineering, and Change Management
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and documentation or requirements platforms
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation abilities
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Bring practical experience with Digital PPM, PROMISE, PRISM, Integration Hub, and comparable enterprise portfolio management tools
- Understand Agile, Scrum, or alternative Project Management methodologies
- Have familiarity with Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
- Hold professional certifications such as PMQ-D/E, DevOps, Agile, or Scrum
- Bring experience in digital transformation, Value Stream Management, machine learning, and safe AI regulations
