Bosch is hiring a BGSW_SAP_Plant_Maitenance_Consultant for a full-time position located in Bengaluru. This on-site role focuses on consulting and improving functionality within the SAP Plant Maintenance module.
The position involves executing project solutions for SAP PM/CS, providing application managed support, and documenting business processes for SAP S/4 HANA. Professionals in this role manage the complete implementation and roll-out project lifecycle, which includes testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live customer assistance. The ideal candidate collaborates closely with application specialists, development experts, and fellow business consultants to translate business requirements into functional processes within the application.
Additionally, the consultant handles project changes through parameterization or program development based on change requests, conducts quality checks prior to delivery, and advises customers on best practices for SAP PM/CS application usage.
Responsibilities
- Consult and enhance functionality within the SAP Plant Maintenance module
- Implement project solutions in SAP PM/CS and provide application managed support
- Document business processes and system support for SAP S/4 HANA
- Support the full lifecycle of implementation and roll-out projects including training, testing, implementation, and go-live support
- Conduct customer and application support during the post-go-live phase
- Advise customers on best-practice usage of SAP PM/CS applications to meet business needs
- Implement project modifications using parameterization or program development based on change requests
- Perform quality checks before handing deliverables over to requestors
- Collaborate with business consultants, application specialists, and developers to translate business needs into system processes and functions
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the SAP PM module and Asset Management
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- High customer focus with exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to interact effectively in a team environment
Qualifications
- B.Tech or MBA
- MTech
- Mechanical degree
- General IT technology knowledge and SAP application know-how
- Knowledge of business processes and master data structures
- Experience in user support within SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
- Understanding of SAP FIORI and OData interface
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA APIs
