Job Description
Binance is offering an internship in Global Affiliate Business Development through its Accelerator Program. The role centres on managing a growing affiliate network, largely by working with prominent key opinion leaders so their promotional activity performs well. A major part of the job is liaising with internal departments so affiliates receive the materials and tools needed to bring new users to Binance. Growth work involves contacting video creators, press outlets, social influencers and other prospective collaborators, then helping with talks, sign-up steps and contracts.
The intern keeps in regular contact with key affiliate accounts and reviews their performance data. Other duties include helping plan promotional campaigns measured by return, building reports from internal data to improve the affiliate channel, keeping an eye on competitor moves, and helping spot scams or manipulation inside the network. The role requires learning in-house systems quickly and working with developers to fix problems and improve the tools.
Candidates should be working toward or have just finished a business, marketing, finance or similar qualification. A basic understanding of affiliate marketing or business development, or a clear interest in it, is needed, and familiarity with crypto is an advantage. The role calls for strong communication, comfort dealing with media and influencers, an analytical mind, and fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Grow the affiliate network by approaching YouTubers, media, influencers and partners
- Support negotiations, onboarding and paperwork for new affiliates
- Keep in touch with key affiliate accounts and analyse their performance data
- Help plan and run return-focused promotional campaigns
- Build reports from internal data to improve affiliate channel results
- Track competitor activity and help adjust affiliate strategy
- Help identify scams or manipulation within the affiliate network
Requirements
- Working toward or just completed a course in business promotion or finance-based study
- Some knowledge of, or genuine curiosity about, partner marketing and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At ease with press contacts, creators and other collaborators
- An analytical mindset and close attention to detail
- Fluent English for coordinating with overseas partners
- Forward-thinking, dependable and eager to pick things up quickly in a quick-moving environment
