- Run escalation reviews and coach the specialist team on root-cause analysis and brand communication
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in client facing fulfillment operations, seller onboarding, marketplace operations, or a closely related field

- Experience defining metrics and creating reporting tools independently
- Track record of resolving ambiguous problems and guiding cross-functional work to completion through influence
- Ability to perform structured root-cause analysis and distinguish between symptomatic and structural fixes
- Experience interacting directly with brands, merchants, or partners across multiple seniority levels
- Strong communication capabilities suited for both floor-level warehouse partners and executive leadership audiences
Qualifications
- Scaled a marketplace or seller onboarding program through a step change in volume
- Stood up operations at a new third-party logistics node or fulfillment center
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and order management systems configurations
- Designed or launched self-serve or automated flows that eliminated manual steps
