The position centers on capital allocation strategies, specifically regarding customer benefits designed to drive customer loyalty and sustainable growth. The person in this role will guide product strategy for proprietary financial offerings, direct forecasting and ROI tracking, and support capital markets initiatives. It suits professionals who excel in cross-functional, data-driven settings and enjoy tackling complex unit economics.

Faire operates on a hybrid work model requiring employees to visit the office three days per week, which includes Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a flexible third day, with up to four weeks of remote work flexibility per year. Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, build hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to guide product strategy and execution for proprietary financial products
Own forecasting, goal establishment, and tracking of key inputs driving return on investment across financial value propositions
Support company-wide capital markets strategies to secure financing required for program benefits
Lead strategic planning initiatives for major growth projects and new product launches
Synthesize insights, construct financial models, and establish key performance indicators for real-time performance monitoring

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree
Possess at least 5 years of professional experience in strategic finance, private equity, credit, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting
Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills to build and stress-test models
Exhibit analytical rigor in diagnosing root causes of unit economics and operational problems
Show excellent communication and structured storytelling capabilities for executives and cross-functional partners
Have a track record of building trust and driving results alongside various stakeholder groups

Qualifications

Prior experience working in fintech or small and medium-sized business enablement technology
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL
