Bosch is seeking a Business Analyst - Finance_MPIN to work on-site in Bengaluru for a full-time position. This role partners with the business to interpret key data, evaluate performance indicators, and translate market trends into reliable forecasts. The position focuses on business analytics and reporting, compliance management, and business partnering. Responsibilities include building data models, analyzing inventory and pricing trends, supporting month-end close processes, and tracking cash flow requirements. Responsibilities
- Develop standardized definitions of master data and key performance indicators while automating processes where possible
- Collect and synthesize information from multiple stakeholders within legal compliance standards
- Analyze and report planned figures versus actual performance on a regular basis
- Run predictive analytics and data modeling utilizing inventory, buyer, campaign, and market trends
- Evaluate cost and pricing trends and explain related impacts to business teams
- Communicate operational and financial performance trends to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to global, state, and central government reporting and filing requirements
- Collaborate with controllers and accountants on monthly financial activities and month-end close processes
- Assist in preparing internal and external financial statements
- Support forecasting and reporting cycles for MPS and emerging solution businesses
- Prepare presentations for stakeholder discussions and senior leadership meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics, business, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of financial analytical experience within a marketplace environment
- Familiarity with commercial knowledge, accounting standards, tax standards, and regulations
- Understanding of controls, risk management frameworks, and enterprise financial systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel alongside familiarity with databases
- Demonstrated capabilities in data management, analysis, and visualization
Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA
- Experience utilizing SQL, Tableau, R, or Python
