Bosch seeks an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager for Project Management in NaP/MFC to support the industrialization of localization projects at PS in India. This role focuses on achieving manufacturing excellence across products through simultaneous engineering methodologies.
The position involves implementing SE-Agile methods for new initiatives, managing cross-functional collaboration, and tracking key performance indicators related to resources, schedules, specifications, expenses, and budgets. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation according to process standards, directing capital equipment acquisitions and setups, and handling team coordination through defined responsibility matrices.

Responsibilities
- Implement SE-Agile methodology for new projects
- Monitor KPIs regarding resources, time, specifications, cost, and budget
- Create and maintain project management documentation as per the PS Process Compass
- Plan and execute capital equipment acquisition and installation
- Administer project handovers for series manufacturing
- Define RASI matrices for the simultaneous engineering team
- Improve collaboration with the International Production Network
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or Mechatronics engineering
- Minimum five years of experience in automotive manufacturing systems and project coordination
- Minimum three years of hands-on manufacturing process experience in project coordination, change management, and supplier coordination regarding budget and timing
