This position sits at the crossroads of business analysis, design, product management, and development. Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a functional, logically structured product architecture
- Convert customer and business needs into precise specifications for engineering teams
- Map out user journeys, edge cases, system logic, and acceptance criteria
- Build product components and screens utilizing the ShadCN design library
- Partner with the Product Manager and Creative Director to prototype, research, and analyze upcoming features
- Produce user cases, workflows, mockups, wireframes, scenarios, and system flow diagrams
- Write down functional specifications and design rules to guarantee accurate deployment
Requirements
- Demonstrated background as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or a comparable product-oriented function
- Analytical and methodical working style addressing usability, system logic, business value, and scalability
- Working capability in Figma
- Background in gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and converting needs into functional specs
- Experience analyzing workflows and mapping user journeys
- Capacity to spot system inconsistencies and think systematically
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Strong written communication abilities in English
- Possession of a Mac with Figma or a preference for the tool
- Experience documenting system behavior and functional specifications
- Familiarity with symbol libraries and design systems
