Lalamove is hiring a Business Development Associate to acquire and grow enterprise clients for its Large 4 Wheeler delivery service, which covers trucks up to 18 feet. The associate handles inbound and outbound acquisition, reactivates churned accounts, designs pricing, supports retention, and runs promotion campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound enterprise inquiries and pursue outbound acquisition
- Reactivate churned enterprise accounts across target industries
- Develop customized solutions and pricing for each client
- Run promotion, discount and subsidy campaigns and educate clients
Requirements
- University degree in business, marketing or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of B2B sales, business development or merchant acquisition experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bangla
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, retail, FMCG or manufacturing is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
