Job Description
TRM Labs builds AI-driven investigation tools used by government agencies and businesses that fight financial crime. Its software helps investigators follow suspicious transactions, assemble case files and chart networks of bad actors. This senior, full-time, remote position is open only to people based in Europe. The goal is to deepen TRM's reach inside EMEA banks and other financial institutions.
This is not a quota-carrying closer's job. The holder gains access to decision-makers at priority institutions, cultivates relationships with those responsible for digital assets, financial crime, compliance, risk and innovation, and turns those contacts into qualified enterprise and partnership pipeline. Representing TRM at conferences, executive roundtables and practitioner events is expected, along with relaying objections, buying signals and market intelligence to product and go-to-market colleagues.
Applicants should already have an established network among EMEA financial institutions, ideally from running a bank's crypto-asset business or from working for an infrastructure vendor that serves such banks. Direct experience with financial institutions is essential, as is evidence of converting relationships into revenue pipeline. Comfort speaking publicly and using AI daily to research prospects and keep the pipeline in order is expected. Travel of 30 to 40 percent of working time is a firm condition.
No compensation figure appears in the listing. Hiring runs through a recruiter call, a hiring manager conversation, one or two first-round interviews, a live case study before a panel, and references.

- Monitor market, technology and regulatory change to spot openings and threats early
- Pass customer insights, buying dynamics and objections back to product and go-to-market teams
Requirements
- Based remotely within Europe

- History of converting contacts into pipeline
- Daily use of AI for prospect research and pipeline work, with a repeatable workflow to show
