Job Description

PointClickCare is hiring a remote, full-time Software Implementation Consultant for clinical software, placed in the Solution Services team within Professional Services. The consultant reports to the Manager, Professional Services and may travel up to 30 percent for customer sites and regional meetings. The posted US base salary range is $80,500 to $89,400, plus bonus and benefits.

The employer is a privately held, founder-led health technology company. Its platform is used by more than 30,000 provider organizations and includes a marketplace of over 400 integrated partners. Customers are in long-term care and related post-acute settings.

The consultant is the main liaison with the customer during implementation. Duties include leading business discovery, recording requirements, and translating them into configuration, business processes and goals. The consultant sets up the solution, confirms data quality, integrity and security, and maintains the project plan and stakeholder updates. Risks, delays and escalations are raised early, and change management and user readiness plans are supported. Over time the consultant becomes a trusted adviser on practices and product use.

The role also keeps training materials current with new releases, proposes configuration improvements, and helps trial and write up new professional services offerings. Several projects may run at once, so the posting asks for organized, self-directed work, strong analysis and a results-focused, adaptable approach.
