As a Candidate Experience Specialist in a contracting capacity based in the United Kingdom, you will play a central role in guiding candidates through the hiring journey from initial contact to onboarding handoffs.
This position involves partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting leadership to execute hiring plans, coordinate interviews, and maintain transparent candidate records within applicant tracking systems and GitLab repositories. Ideal candidates act as professional brand ambassadors who embody the company culture, deliver clear communication under high-volume conditions, and thrive in an all-remote, asynchronous work setting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to execute job requisition hiring plans
- Maintain up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system and repositories
- Organize interview scheduling and manage candidate pipeline traffic
- Communicate thoughtfully and promptly with applicants across all stages
- Prepare and stage employment contracts for prospective hires
- Collaborate with People Operations to facilitate smooth onboarding handoffs
Requirements
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes alongside hiring managers and recruiters
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems for scheduling and tracking candidates
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and scheduling tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail
- Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment with flexible hours for multiple time zones
Qualifications
- Prior experience using Greenhouse
- Transferable background gained from related coordination or operations roles
