Robinhood operates a financial platform with the mission to democratize finance for individuals. The company is seeking a Cashiering Support Associate to join its high-performing operations team in handling the precise and timely movement of funds across retirement and brokerage accounts.
In this position, the professional will process high volumes of transaction requests, including wires, checks, and ACH transfers, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as AML and OFAC. The daily routine involves monitoring transaction queues, interacting with advisors and internal departments, and resolving operational discrepancies. This position requires working out of the Westlake, Texas office.
During the initial six-month onboarding phase, in-person attendance is mandatory five days per week. Following this period, staff must work on-site at least three days weekly. The scheduled shift runs from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time. This role suits detail-oriented individuals with a background in financial operations who want to build their expertise in securities back-office processes.
Total compensation includes a base pay range, performance-driven bonuses, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching. Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of asset transfer requests efficiently while complying with internal policies and regulations
- Monitor daily transaction queues to satisfy strict service-level agreements and deadlines
- Investigate and solve inquiries and discrepancies from intake through final resolution
- Enforce AML and OFAC requirements by reviewing transactions for standard operating procedure compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams including compliance, technology, operations, and advisor services alongside clearing partners
- Identify methods to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client experience within cashiering workflows
Requirements
- Possess one to two years of experience working in financial operations
- Hold a valid SIE credential
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of asset movement procedures, regulatory considerations, and basic securities industry concepts
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities
- Exhibit professional written, verbal, and data entry communication skills with comfort handling phone interactions with clients and advisors
- Commit to working on-site in Westlake, Texas per the designated attendance schedule
