In this position, you will collaborate closely with Sales Directors, Account Management, Ad Operations, and Data Analysts throughout the complete client lifecycle.
Your core focus will involve developing media plans, shaping RFP responses, and creating strategic proposals before sales take place. Additionally, you will utilize campaign performance data to guide future planning, strengthen client connections, and expand accounts. Responsibilities
- Design InMarket media plans and strategic recommendations that align client objectives with targeted audiences, channels, budgets, and flighting schedules.
- Produce client-facing collateral including proposals, category POVs, one-pagers, and strategy decks.
- Drive strategic responses to requests for proposals and briefs in partnership with the Sales team.
- Co-present strategic rationales during client meetings and calls alongside Sales partners.
- Analyze in-flight and historical campaign performance data to inform subsequent planning cycles and secure future investments.
- Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews by identifying overarching macro trends and growth opportunities across key accounts.
- Build AI-powered tools, products, and workflows to improve internal insights delivery and streamline team operations.
Requirements
- Hold three to five or more years of professional experience in media planning, brand or agency strategy, insights, client success, or account management.
- Demonstrate comfort with quantitative analysis and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Possess advanced artificial intelligence fluency with the ability to construct prompts, skills, and workflows.
- Show strong interpersonal abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration at all levels.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing presentation experience.
- Maintain high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
