In this position, the specialist will serve as a primary link between the organization and its clientele, driving satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities span client communications, technical setup assistance, sales support, report compilation, and legal document preparation and review. This multifaceted role requires handling user queries, assisting with source code management platform integrations, guiding potential clients through email and website chat, and drafting customized agreements for management review.

Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from users and leads regarding company services and account management
