Sudic Healthcare is hiring a Clinic Manager for a full-time, permanent position based on-site in Harare. This role suits an experienced and dynamic healthcare professional ready to oversee daily operations and maintain high standards across patient care, employee performance, and financial health.
The chosen candidate will direct workflow and scheduling, manage inventory and vendor contracts, supervise personnel, and track key performance metrics. Additional duties include monitoring the revenue cycle, maintaining compliance with licensing regulations, and resolving patient complaints.
This permanent role reports directly to the Managing Director and provides an opportunity to guide clinical administration and service delivery within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance while handling disciplinary matters
- Oversee supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Monitor billing, collections, and the revenue cycle
- Track performance indicators and report to management
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation rules
- Handle incident investigations, risk management, and patient complaints
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in clinical or healthcare management
