In this capacity, the professional will spearhead the clinical and scientific dimensions of company-sponsored studies, maintaining patient safety and data integrity while collaborating across departments like Biostatistics, Regulatory, and Clinical Operations. Responsibilities
- Manage the clinical and scientific aspects of company-sponsored trials while maintaining patient safety and data validity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to meet budgetary goals, timelines, and study milestones
- Provide expert clinical input during protocol development, study execution, and data analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical investigators and external stakeholders
- Contribute to program-level strategies and assess risks to adjust tactical execution
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical development experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or in vitro diagnostics; OR at least 5 years of post-graduate clinical trial or research experience in an academic setting
- At least 3 years of medical monitoring background
- Proven capability to operate cross-functionally within a matrix organization
- Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Board eligibility or certification in Oncology and Hematology is strongly preferred
