Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and delivering quarterly communication plans, reports, and functional updates
• Collaborate with regional and global colleagues on shared initiatives and inquiries
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure timely execution of plans
• Aid in the planning and execution of community and CSR programs with charity partners and non-governmental organizations
• Carry out assigned consumer and corporate communications projects
• Coordinate daily tasks with agency partners to meet quality standards and timelines
• Support the rollout of announcements, campaigns, and public-facing activations
• Handle logistics for partnerships, media engagements, and public initiatives
• Triage incoming requests based on urgency and business impact
• Draft internal updates, press releases, and interview materials for spokespeople
• Assist with leadership and executive communications when necessary
• Track media coverage to identify potential opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
• Maintain up-to-date tracking tools, weekly coverage summaries, global updates, and monthly newsroom records
• Monitor the press inbox and handle or escalate inquiries promptly

Requirements

• Possess UAE National status
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Show attention to detail regarding tone and accuracy
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
• Simplify complex information into structured and clear messaging
• Display a high level of ownership and organization
