Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive compliance assurance reviews following the annual assurance plan, including planning, testing, and fieldwork
- Evaluate compliance risks and control mechanisms to pinpoint gaps and recommend improvements
- Draft detailed assurance and audit reports detailing findings, risks, and necessary corrective actions
- Collaborate with business partners to build remediation strategies and follow actions through completion
- Keep records current and manage issues using governance, assurance, and risk tools
- Share best practices and insights to promote compliance culture and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Approximately three years of professional experience in internal audit, compliance monitoring, assurance, or testing within a regulated setting
- Background working in financial services, banking, FinTech, or other heavily regulated sectors
- Strong capabilities in risk assessment, analytical evaluation of controls, and issue identification
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data protection, and privacy requirements
- Strong English communication skills alongside abilities in investigation, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management
