Within the Customer Experience division, the Concierge Specialist IV position functions as a senior subject matter expert and dedicated relationship manager for high-net-worth clientele. This role focuses on delivering customized support across the entire product ecosystem to ensure seamless interactions for premier users.
The person in this position will handle complex portfolio management, guide clients through onboarding and feature adoption, and collaborate with internal departments like Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations to resolve escalated matters. Additionally, the individual will mentor junior team members, analyze client trends, and utilize generative AI tools responsibly for workflow enhancement.
This position fits professionals with extensive client-facing experience in high-touch financial sectors who can manage cross-functional problem solving. Candidates must be comfortable participating in on-call support rotations and handling off-hours escalations, including weekends. Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of top-tier clients as their main point of contact and advisor
- Lead the resolution of challenging customer issues by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance
- Promote product adoption and onboarding by educating users on staking, Coinbase One, and other services
- Work alongside customer experience leadership to analyze trends and suggest process enhancements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior concierge staff regarding best practices and issue resolution
- Participate in on-call coverage rotations and handle escalations during weekends and outside normal hours
Requirements
- Minimum of four years working in account management, customer success, or high-touch advisory within fintech, financial services, or crypto
- Familiarity with derivatives products
- Professional fluency in both English and French for business and client communication
- Demonstrated history of independently overseeing high-value client portfolios with verifiable outcomes in retention, satisfaction, or revenue
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight for efficient workflows
Qualifications
- Currently holds or has previously held the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC), or willingness to obtain it
