Job Description
Garner Health uses more than 550 clinical metrics across 80-plus specialties and a dataset of more than 320 million patients to steer members toward better outcomes at lower cost. It is hiring a Vice President of Consultant Relations to own its relationships with the largest national benefits brokers and consulting firms. The post sits inside the Strategic Alliances team and answers to the consultant relations VP.
The executive decides how Garner presents itself to these advisors and serves as a trusted educator and thought partner to their practice leaders. Responsibilities include setting the business development plan for a national portfolio, turning advisor relationships into signed distribution and firm-level data licensing agreements, and coordinating Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success and Operations on major partnerships. The leader designs a data-driven view of the whole portfolio covering contracting targets, timing and close rates, and uses it to decide where investment should go. The job also involves translating Garner's value into each firm's priorities and feeding advisor insight back into go-to-market strategy.
Candidates need at least eight years in employee benefits consulting, broker roles or channel alliances at national scope, along with a senior network across the major firms.
