As a Conversion Operations Associate, the incoming professional will independently oversee the migration of retirement plans from legacy providers onto the platform. This position entails checking asset distributions, verifying trust information, and setting up participant loan profiles prior to launch. The individual will work alongside onboarding, compliance, and reconciliation departments to catch issues early and prevent downstream complications.

Responsibilities
- Manage participant-level asset allocations independently during plan conversions

- Identify data gaps and collaborate proactively with client-facing teams to resolve discrepancies
- Contribute to automation initiatives and tooling enhancements to improve conversion efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in financial operations, retirement plan administration, or onboarding-focused operational roles
- Strong comprehension of contribution types, loan structures, and participant-level retirement data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data validation, lookup functions, pivot tables, and error analysis
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Commitment to working from a designated office approximately 2 to 3 days per week if based near Denver, San Francisco, or New York
Qualifications
