20four7VA is looking for two independent contractors to provide remote services for a Maryland financial wellness business. This firm specializes in credit repair and homeownership preparation, collaborating closely with lenders and realtors. The engagement involves filling a client-facing virtual assistant role focused on client intake, credit education, consultations, and follow-ups. Contractors will manage appointments, review credit details, explain procedures, and coordinate next steps under client guidance. The position requires a 40-hour work week scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled intake calls with prospective clients to gather information and explain services
- Review consumer credit reports to identify account details and potential concerns
- Participate in and gradually conduct Zoom consultations and credit education sessions
- Manage follow-up calls with existing clients and assist with Rent Reporters meetings
- Maintain consultation notes, manage shared calendars, and handle client documentation
Requirements
- Commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Calendar, and Zoom
Qualifications
- Experience reading and understanding consumer credit reports
- Background in mortgage, lending, credit repair, banking, or financial services
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and appointment management tools
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish
