Responsibilities

Requirements
- Possess 10 to 15 years of professional experience in commercial credit underwriting.
- Bring 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing underwriting or credit risk teams in a rapid growth environment.
- Demonstrate background in financial risk modeling or forecasting cash flows.
- Show a proven history of building, guiding, and developing high-performing teams through goal setting and coaching.
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex challenges.
- Display excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional influence.
- Prove experience designing and scaling programs or operational capabilities from inception to measurement.
