The Financial Planning and Analysis department oversees the corporate financial roadmap, managing annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and business reviews to ensure effective resource allocation and growth.

Responsibilities include managing operational expenditure planning, conducting variance analysis, and building driver-based financial models. Responsibilities
- Manage monthly deliverables, budgeting, and end-to-end forecasting for Consumer operational expenditures.
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models to evaluate risks, scenarios, and opportunities.
- Perform month-end close procedures and monthly variance analysis alongside the accounting department.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional leaders to turn financial data into resource recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations of financial metrics and strategic recommendations during business reviews.
- Conduct proactive deep dives to identify efficiency opportunities, trends, and operational spending anomalies.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of background in corporate finance, strategic finance, or FP&A with experience handling operating expense planning.
- Proven track record of managing large expense budgets, generating forecasts, and executing variance analysis.
- Experience creating driver-based financial models and scenario analyses using Excel.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with at least one planning application such as NetSuite or Anaplan.
- Experience working alongside product, engineering, or design groups to guide resource allocation.
- Background operating within a fast-paced fintech, high-growth technology, or financial services setting across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to apply generative AI responsibly while keeping human oversight for workflow efficiency and quality.
