Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat to resolve problems.
- Support service channels including Telegram, social media, in-app messaging, email and chat.
- Provide personalized service for high-value customers and grow those relationships.
- Meet daily and monthly targets and take part in ongoing training.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support or client-facing experience.
- Strong oral and written communication in Tagalog and English.
- Comfortable working a shifting schedule and onsite.
- Able to work onsite at the Manila hub.
Qualifications
- Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus.
