Angkas has an opening for a full-time DREX Supervisor in the Philippines, based on-site with the Manila hub as its operations center. The supervisor oversees driver concerns and the community's leaders, follows performance measures such as cancellations and ratings, and coaches underperformers. Duties also include running incentive and welfare programs, tracking competitor and sentiment trends, and making sure company policies and standards are followed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational link between management and the community and its leaders.
- Track activity rates, cancellations, ratings and KPI compliance, and recognize top performers.
- Coordinate with other departments on community requests and feed feedback back to management.
- Plan welfare, engagement and productivity programs, and monitor the effectiveness of incentives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or a related field.
- 3 years or more in operations management, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
