- Lead and support the community structure and its leaders, aligning them with company policies and targets.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as activity rate, cancellations, ratings and KPI compliance, and coach those who need improvement.
- Resolve community concerns, process assistance requests, and relay feedback to management.
- Plan and run welfare, engagement and productivity programs, and manage incentive programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or a related field.
- 3 years or more in operations management, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
