- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email and chat and resolve problems.
- Support service channels including Telegram, social media, in-app messaging, email and chat.
- Give personalized responses to customer needs.
- Meet daily and monthly targets and take part in training programs.
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support or client-facing experience.
- Strong oral and written communication in Tagalog and English.
- Willing to work a shifting schedule and onsite.
Qualifications
- Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus.
