As a Customer Success Engineer, Advisory, the professional will serve as a practitioner-advisor rather than managing traditional relationship tasks. This hands-on position requires working directly inside the software platform alongside client teams to configure workflows, templates, and engagement structures. Responsibilities

- Translate advisory methodologies and best practices into repeatable digital workflows
- Lead client training, enablement, and change management initiatives
- Identify platform usage gaps, inefficiencies, and delivery risks to recommend improvements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide real-world advisory feedback
- Help support client renewals and expansion across service lines
- Contribute to scalable success playbooks, templates, and best-practice frameworks
Requirements
- Two to five or more years of experience in advisory, consulting, or professional services, or in advisory methodology and practice operations
- Familiarity with risk advisory, compliance, cybersecurity, privacy, ESG, internal audit, or operational consulting
- Understanding of advisory engagement delivery including scoping, execution, collaboration, and client reporting
- Experience supporting complex, multi-team advisory or consulting environments and service-line rollouts
- Hands-on proficiency working in software platforms to configure workflows and troubleshoot usage challenges
Qualifications
- Familiarity with data models, permissions, configurations, and AI-powered workflows including LLMs or prompt creation
