Job Description
GitLab operates an intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, helping organizations boost developer efficiency, secure applications faster, and accelerate their digital transformations. The company currently seeks a remote Customer Success Engineer for the LATAM region to support clients through a pooled, on-demand support model.

Rather than managing a dedicated set of accounts, team members interact with various clients through Zoom calls, email, webinars, hands-on labs, and office hours.

The position requires close collaboration with Account Executives, Renewals Managers, and Customer Success Managers to link technical decisions directly to business goals. Candidates must possess bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with trilingual ability in Brazilian Portuguese treated as a strong asset, and must reside in the United States, Mexico, or Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Consult with post-sales clients via email and Zoom as a technical advisor to provide product and solution guidance
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to guide customers through GitLab use case implementations including DevSecOps, source code management, continuous integration and delivery, and Agile Planning

- Deliver technical and architectural advice that connects software capabilities with client objectives
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to offer subject matter expertise for client business goals

- Build and sustain deep technical competency in aligned market technologies via hands-on examples, training, and certifications
- Contribute to public and internal learning materials such as documentation, digital journey programs, and YouTube content

- Technical background in systems engineering or software development with an aptitude for discussing architecture and implementation trade-offs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical and organizational concepts
- Previous experience acting as a trusted technical advisor in a post-sales capacity
- Time management and prioritization capabilities suited for a pooled, multi-engagement model
