Job Description
Faire seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to join its Brand Partnerships team in London on a full-time, hybrid basis. Faire operates a technology wholesale platform powered by data and machine learning that connects independent retailers worldwide with global brands, helping local shops discover unique merchandise and compete against large-scale retail giants.
In this position, the executive will act as a trusted advisor managing a concentrated portfolio of high-value brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role blends strategic thinking with enterprise sales execution, requiring candidates to run complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from initial outreach through C-suite negotiation. This opportunity is suited for top-performing sales professionals who possess native-level German and English fluency, deep familiarity with the DACH market, and an eagerness to accelerate growth using AI tools and data insights.
Faire operates a hybrid work model requiring employees to visit the office three days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a flexible day of their choice, with up to four weeks of remote work flexibility per year.

- Guide new enterprise brands through their initial quarter on the platform to ensure proper setup for receiving orders and growing sales.
- Lead personalized, insight-led customer interactions and navigate multi-threaded, multi-quarter deals ranging from C-suite vision talks to operational onboarding.
- Determine independently when to advance or pass on a deal and maintain resilience during challenging performance periods.
- Serve as the DACH market expert by overcoming local business norms, procurement hurdles, and regulatory considerations.
- Represent the company across the wholesale sector through outreach, trade shows, events, and in-person brand visits.
- Collaborate with marketing to shape top-of-funnel messaging, develop German-language content, and host webinars for prospective leads.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in German and English with the ability to run full sales cycles and C-suite or board-level negotiations natively in German.
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing quota at the enterprise or strategic level, including finishing in the top 3 of an organization or qualifying for President's Club or All-Stars.
- Extensive experience running fewer, larger, multi-stakeholder deals featuring longer sales cycles without losing rigor or urgency.
- Strong executive presence capable of operating comfortably at the C-suite and board level.
- Daily fluency and use of AI tools for prospecting, preparation, and acceleration.
- Intellectual curiosity characterized by asking deeper questions and finding strategic unlocks.
- Clear alignment with the company's mission to support independent retail.
