The officer keeps customer accounts, product catalogues, inventory records and pricing data accurate on the Moniebook platform. The role reports to the Lead, Onboarding, and works alongside onboarding specialists and account managers, so merchant data is ready before a customer goes live.
Key duties include entering and updating merchant data, handling large batch uploads from spreadsheets or CSV files after checking format and completeness, and reviewing merchant templates for missing or incorrect fields. The officer also looks for duplicates and errors, cross-checks data across spreadsheets, the CRM and the POS back end, and logs corrections in a shared knowledge base.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- One to three years of data-entry or data-operations work, ideally in SaaS, retail technology or fintech.
- Completed NYSC service, or a valid exemption or exclusion certificate.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy across large volumes of data.
- Working command of Excel or Google Sheets, including data cleaning and lookup formulas.
- Familiarity with CRM or POS and back-office software.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage several projects at once.
Qualifications
- Practical exposure to large CSV loads, data moves or catalogue upkeep within a software company.
- Familiarity with retail operations and stock systems or POS platforms.
- Past work backing an onboarding, rollout or customer success group.
