Job Description
PointClickCare is hiring a Director, Commercial FP&A for a hybrid, full-time senior finance leadership role. The director reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis and owns two priority areas: deal operations quality and expansion of contribution margin. The posting does not state a work city.
The employer is a privately held, founder-led health technology company. Its platform is used by more than 30,000 provider organizations and includes a marketplace of over 400 integrated partners. The role's decisions feed annual recurring revenue growth and contribution margin results.
On deals, the director helps define governance and quality standards for the deal desk, which Finance and Revenue Operations share. The director also advises on promotions and concession rules, aligns pricing goals with the teams who execute them, and helps negotiate economics for strategic and marketplace partners. Margin work covers efficiency metrics, headcount planning, commission program design, marketing channel mix and multi-horizon scenario testing.
The director also manages FP&A staff, sets their vision and expectations, and builds their skills. The posting seeks a finance leader with commercial instincts who has run high-performing teams and is ready to lead an AI transformation of commercial FP&A processes. Experience presenting to executives and investors is expected.
