This full-time hybrid role, based in Seattle with three days a week in the Bellevue office, leads finance and operations across the U.S. and Pakistan. The director drives forecasting, cash management, financial reporting and compliance, and oversees accounting, FP&A, HR and legal activity in both countries.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash management.
- Oversee global financial reporting, close processes, consolidations and tax compliance.
- Improve financial and operational processes and ERP tools such as NetSuite.
- Oversee HR operations and legal activity, including client and vendor contracts, plus IT, facilities and admin support.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in finance and operations roles, preferably in global or high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, cash management and GAAP accounting.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and financial analytics or reporting tools.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication and team management skills.
