Angkas is hiring a Driver Operations Associate, also titled DREX Associate, on a full-time, on-site basis in the Philippines. The role focuses on a long-term, high-quality experience for drivers. It covers drafting and scheduling driver updates, answering driver questions and handling escalations, building training content on professionalism and platform knowledge, and monitoring activity to re-engage drivers who are slipping. The role also runs loyalty programs and focus group discussions.
Responsibilities
- Draft and schedule daily or weekly driver updates, and monitor driver group chats and inboxes for issues.
- Answer driver questions, manage support escalations and resolve issues.
- Build training content on driver professionalism, customer service and platform knowledge, and track completion.
- Track daily driver engagement, contact inactive drivers, and run loyalty programs and focus groups.
Requirements
- Active driver's license and the ability to operate a four-wheel vehicle.
- Bachelor's degree in any related course.
- At least 1 year in operations management, ideally in transportation, logistics, fleet, employee relations or paralegal work.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Google Sheets, data analysis and reporting.
