Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term school and educational assignments
- Initiate proactive contact with prospective candidates to establish relationships and assess job fit

- Generate candidate leads using various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals
- Establish and maintain ongoing professional relationships with travel healthcare professionals
