The company is hiring an Engineering Manager to head up Codeless, its internal Server-Driven UI platform team. This on-site role connects mobile and web frontend engineering with core backend systems. The platform allows product teams across the organization to launch native user interface experiences directly from the backend, bypassing app store release bottlenecks and establishing a unified UI schema for iOS, Android, and Web.
The position involves providing technical direction, promoting accessibility for web and mobile platforms, and guiding projects from concept to final execution. Candidates will work closely with product managers, design system leaders, and core infrastructure engineers to align the platform roadmap with broader company objectives and global design standards.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and scale the engineering team responsible for the Codeless Server-Driven UI platform
- Oversee the design and evolution of dynamic layout engines, declarative UI schemas, and client rendering frameworks across iOS, Android, and Web
- Partner with product feature teams to drive internal adoption of Codeless
- Ensure the platform provides developer experience, tooling, design system integration, and debugging workflows
- Set technical standards for platform performance, payload optimization, caching strategies, backward compatibility, and fallback behavior
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Design System leaders, and Core Infrastructure engineers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Track record of coaching engineers, delivering complex platform initiatives, and driving technical strategy
- Foundational background in mobile or modern web architecture
