Angkas is hiring a Field Marketing Specialist for Cavite on a contract, on-site basis in the Philippines. The specialist signs merchant and institutional partners for Angkas ride-hailing and Padala services, targeting 20 new partners a month across schools, businesses, fuel stations and community hubs in Dasmarinas, Silang and Tagaytay. The role runs on-ground activations, collects competitor price and route insights, and supports unique booker and GMV goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch and close 20 new partners per month across schools, businesses, fuel stations and community hubs in Dasmarinas, Silang and Tagaytay.
- Coordinate on-ground activations, including merchandise, booking station setup and flyering across 6 to 10 priority locations per cycle.
- Run regular price scans and competitive route analysis along key Cavite corridors and national highways.
- Propose on-ground ideas and localized insights that support unique booker growth and GMV targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
- Proven ability to deliver client-facing presentations and close partnership agreements.
- Strong verbal and written communication in Filipino and English, with proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel regularly within Cavite province and comfortable working independently in the field.
