This full-time, on-site finance role in Bengaluru supports Bosch Service Solutions India, which provides business process outsourcing services to Bosch and external clients. The business partner produces management planning and reporting through to the P&L, explains variances and root causes, supports process improvement and helps price new services.
Responsibilities
- Produce management planning and financial reports, from headcount plans through to the full P&L.
- Reconcile and summarize data, and prepare variance and root-cause analysis on missed KPIs.
- Support process improvement in operations and in controlling and finance.
- Partner with stakeholders on revenue and cost matters, and support business development with pricing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Good commercial understanding and business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP.
- Business-fluent English and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
- Prior experience in a controlling function within Bosch is a plus.
