Wise, a dual-listed global technology company, is hiring a Finance Systems Change Programme Lead for an on-site position in London. This full-time role is responsible for establishing, mobilising, and leading a multi-year finance systems change agenda to support the company's next phase of growth. The person in this role will build the structure, governance, and delivery model for finance systems modernisation, ERP transformation, finance data architecture, process standardisation, and control automation. The ideal candidate has extensive background managing large-scale finance transformation programmes and working alongside executive stakeholders, engineering leaders, and external implementation partners.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Finance Systems Change Programme by defining governance, workstreams, decision forums, and reporting structures
- Create and manage executive reporting for Steering Committees and Finance Leadership
- Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams including ERP transformation, finance systems modernisation, reporting transformation, and control automation
- Manage programme milestones, timelines, budgets, interdependencies, and operational risks
- Lead vendor mobilisation activities, support RFP processes, and manage relationships with implementation partners
- Partner with finance leaders to coordinate change management, communications, and business readiness for new operating models
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience leading large-scale finance transformation programmes
- Demonstrated experience delivering ERP or major finance systems implementations
- Background managing complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives
- Experience interacting with executive stakeholders such as CFOs, Finance Directors, and Engineering leaders
- Experience collaborating with system integrators, consulting partners, and software vendors
