Job Description
Hims & Hers wants a Financial Analyst to work inside its Strategic Finance function, sitting on the FP&A team beneath a team lead. The position keeps the company's planning and reporting in order, from the central financial model to the forecast rounds that executives depend on.
In practice, the analyst helps assemble and maintain pieces of a consolidated model that spans the yearly operating plan, the multi-year plan and the monthly forecast. Tasks include loading data, refreshing model inputs and explaining gaps between actual results and expectations. The output feeds the weekly business review, the monthly expense review and the quarterly packages for the board and audit committee. Analysts also collect and validate figures from finance partners in product categories, marketing and operations, and occasionally build a fresh model to answer a specific question.
Applicants should have at least two years of analytical experience in strategic finance, FP&A, banking or consulting. Comfort building scenario-based profit models, handling large data sets and turning numbers into a clear narrative are central. New team members work under the review of senior colleagues, with autonomy expanding over time. The company is a publicly traded health and wellness business listed on the NYSE, offering tailored care across the stages of diagnosis, treatment and delivery.
