Job Description
Remotebase helps companies assemble engineering teams and AI-driven solutions without the overhead of conventional hiring. Beyond talent services, it designs and rolls out AI-driven process flows, agents and business automation. This Full-Cycle Account Executive post supports that AI and Automation business, and the person would own the complete sales cycle for it.
The listing calls the role contract-to-hire. It begins as a three-month part-time contract of about 20 hours a week and offers a route to a full-time job, depending on results, the company's needs and whether both sides fit well. The position is remote and open to candidates based in the United States.
The Growth team creates demand and qualifies leads. The executive's responsibility starts once a prospect shows interest. From that point the executive runs discovery, presents AI workflows, agents, automation and custom software services as fitting solutions, drafts offers and pricing, negotiates terms and closes the deal. After signing, the executive handles renewals, upsells and account expansion, and keeps the CRM current.
The listing favours someone self-directed who thinks commercially and improvises rather than following a script. Success is judged by turning qualified opportunities into customers, building durable relationships and steadily improving how the team sells. Pay is described as market competitive, with no exact number given.
