Team members in these roles will interact directly with customers and partners across multiple communication channels, addressing inquiries from the initial discovery phase through to successful product adoption. Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound communications via phone, chat, and email spanning the client journey from discovery to onboarding
- Act as a trusted consultant to help small businesses and accounting partners choose appropriate offerings
- Guide clients through initial setup to facilitate a successful launch
- Record detailed pipeline notes and interactions inside Salesforce
- Engage with role-specific AI tools as part of daily operations
Requirements
- Possess one to three years of background in sales or customer service
- Bring experience working in high-volume settings involving both inbound and outbound calling
- Demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding targets while building customer relationships
- Maintain a secure and reliable internet connection when working outside of a company office
- Communicate from designated hybrid hubs in Denver, San Francisco, New York, or Scottsdale for subsidiary roles
