Ebury is seeking a Client Solution and Product Manager specializing in Maritime FX to join its team in Dubai. Founded in 2009, Ebury is a financial technology company that operates a proprietary platform providing integrated solutions such as business accounts, hedging, and financing to help businesses scale globally. The company employs over 2,000 professionals across nearly 70 cities.
In this role, the product manager will drive the growth of the Maritime Partnerships business by uncovering treasury challenges in the shipping sector and addressing them through technology, analytics, product development, and operations. Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships, the incumbent will define the product strategy and roadmap while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary groups including Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams.
Responsibilities
- Discover primary treasury challenges and opportunities within the shipping industry
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for maritime FX solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams
- Identify high-impact opportunities across foreign exchange, derivatives, interest income, and regional expansion
- Partner with internal groups and clients to establish product requirements, epics, and user stories
- Analyze market conditions and competitors regarding product capabilities, pricing, and functionality
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of legal technology and treasury management workflows
Requirements
- Experience with treasury products including cash management, FX derivatives, and interest rate derivatives
- Background in the shipping industry or cross-border financial services
- Familiarity with financial market technology stacks such as treasury management systems, asset management platforms, banks, or fintech scaleups
- Multiple years of hands-on product building or operations leadership experience
- Experience creating roadmaps, tackling established processes, and building both in-house services and third-party integrations
- Proven capability in turning financial needs into detailed product specifications
