Job Description
Culture Amp is hiring a Global Workplace Experience and Operations Manager to lead its Camper Experience group and influence how offices operate globally. The job links workplace strategy with the everyday running of facilities, property, health and safety, events, suppliers and budgets. The manager sets shared operating practices across regions while leaving room for local conditions, and partners with colleagues across Finance, Risk, People, Technology and Internal Communications, as well as senior leaders in the company's hubs.
The role leads and develops the team across APAC, North America and EMEA, and oversees operations in six offices: Berlin, London, Chicago, San Francisco, Sydney and Melbourne. Responsibilities include managing facilities and property matters such as leases, moves, repairs and workplace standards, and lifting standards on emergency readiness, health and safety, and compliance.
The manager also designs a worldwide events and workplace experience approach that connects colleagues in the hubs with those working remotely, manages supplier relationships, contracts and spending, and builds dependable routines for inspections, safety reports, service tickets and performance reporting. Space and service data inform decisions about where to focus effort.
Candidates need substantial experience in workplace, facilities, property or related operations across several sites, a strong grounding in health and safety, compliance, risk and emergency planning, and a track record of leading people across regions and time zones. The position is based in Melbourne and requires being in the office four days every week. Experience running a global technology business, leading a fit-out or relocation, organising events, or working with workplace-management data is useful, though not required.
